Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established marketing leading recruitment company based in the heart Newbury.
Due to ongoing growth, Adecco are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team, starting ASAP working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Offering a salary of £19,000 - £23,000 plus excellent benefits including Boost benefit portal, pension, town centre location, bonus and hybrid working Monday and Friday @ home, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Resourcing is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Permanent Consultant and additional Administration duties to the branch, in accordance with the needs of the business.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Resourcing for candidates
Provide an efficient administrative service to the branch
Act as an ambassador for the branch - creating an excellent first impression over the phone and face-to-face
Ensure all branch administration is compliant with the company's quality standards
Where appropriate, handle incoming candidate CVs, arrange candidate appointments and guide candidates through the registration process
Where appropriate, handle the registration process by interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment and conducting skill checks to enable the best possible assignment selection
Ensure the branch marketing plan is carried out to a high standard
Interact with clients when database cleansing, taking bookings and vacancies
