Job Description

Supporting Bloomberg TOMs as part of the Business Application Support team this will involve day-to-day monitoring, issue handling, vendor management maintenance and support
Report to the Head of Business Application Support

The Successful Applicant

Experience of working within a Business Application Team within a financial services organisation
Good knowledge of Front Office systems and processes within an Investment Banking environment
Experience of managing system changes or upgrades
Strong Bloomberg TOMS administrator working knowledge
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into non-technical language
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Working with IT systems team based in London or other locations
Analyse in order to understand an issue and recommend the best solution
Apply and enhance technical knowledge
Manage multiple tasks and provide the highest level of service to end users
Japanese language skills would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Salary depending upon experience
10% bonus + 5% matches
