Apprenticeships Support Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Engineering Department professional services team. We are looking to recruit a highly-motivated Administrator to provide effective management and administration services for the new Degree Apprenticeship in Process Automation at the Engineering Department. The Department is one of the largest in the Faculty and is in the process of expanding.
The Administrator will provide high quality, effective and professional support activities for the University apprentice data management service. The overall objective is to ensure that the data management systems and quality processes are in line with internal and external requirements for a successful Degree Apprenticeship in Process Automation.
You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding and varied workload. Interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders are essential. You will embrace a team culture and be demonstrably willing to volunteer across teams and services to support colleagues and enhance your own professional development.
