In this role you will

Define the Business Analysis approach and proactively drive this forward to success

Ensure solutions to best enable the changes required throughout systems, people and processes

Work across various projects/initiatives throughout various stages

Build the profile of the Business Analysis team through the delivery of excellent, proactive analysis

Ideally you will bring

Proven IT Business Analysis experience working across the business and IT at a senior level

Excellent communication skills and proven experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of seniority

The ability to apply a range of business analysis tools to all stages of the software delivery life-cycle

An analytical approach- able to understand requirements, identify and propose solutions
