Job Description

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Customer Transformation Senior Manager into either their Leeds or Birmingham teams. Working predominantly on projects across Government, Health and Infrastructure sectors, the Customer Transformation Senior Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a variety of customer-focused projects across strategy, insight and technology deployment.

As a leader in this team, the Customer Transformation Senior Manager will leverage internal and external networks to develop business leads and sales opportunities for the business, developing client relationships to enhance the firm's reputation but also to identify further client opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in your application, you must have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
Proven experience of developing customer strategies, service design and operating model design;
Experience of delivering significant customer transformation projects, across Government, Health or Infrastructure;
Proven track record of shaping and leading digital, customer experience or CRM enabled transformation;
Leadership experience within a Consulting firm or Digital System Integrator;
Experience of business development advantageous.
