Pupil Nurse, Welfare and Well-being Manager

The successful candidates will need to be RGN or RSCN qualified with a minimum of two years experience in a full time practice. The appointees will be responsible for providing medical care to pupils aged 11-16. Previous experience of nursing in a school-age population would be advantageous, but not essential.
The role requires the post holder to carry out their duties in the most cost-effective and efficient way, demonstrating all due care to safer practice for children and for all relevant Health and Safety legislation. The successful applicant must satisfy all criteria and checks relating to suitability to work in a school environment.

• is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with experience in treating minor illness and injury
• has knowledge and interest of asthma and immunisation
• has a passion for the well-being of young people
