Reintegration Manager

We are looking to appoint a dynamic practitioner who has experience of working with children and young people who are at risk of or have been permanently excluded from school, preferably from a mainstream school or local authority setting. We are seeking someone who is passionate about enabling all children and young people to meet their academic potential. Our ideal person sticks to deadlines, thinks on their feet, is hardworking, supportive of staff and the team around the child, approachable and friendly. They will be excellent at managing a very busy schedule, organised and pro-active, especially in creating bespoke support packages for children and young people at risk of exclusion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional experienced in working with children and young people to support their reintegration back into mainstream school.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Inclusion and Safeguarding in the development, delivery and review of planning, performance, of reintegration plans.

• have experience in management at a senior level.
• understanding the needs of vulnerable young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs

• be a skilled communicator who can work effectively with all stakeholders;
• have the personal and professional qualities required to develop the vision and ethos of the service.
