We are looking for a Registered School Nurse who will have sympathy with, and give support to, the educational aims and Quaker ethos of the School. You be part of a well-established team of committed and professional nurses providing first aid and nursing services to students, staff and visitors. Including promoting, developing and implementing a healthy lifestyles strategy across the School community.
Working in co-operation with the School Doctors according to agreed policies and protocols, you will plan and deliver access arrangements for nursing consultation, care and referral. Our School Nurses also contribute to the organisation of the Health Centre and the part it plays in meeting the health care needs of the population which may involve an on-call and emergency call service out of normal working hours, i.e. evenings, nights and weekends on a shared rota basis.
