The role
This role is to support the collection of data from across the client's network for a strategic campaign with one of their retail partners. The role is required to help them collect data from a network of over 11,000 charity partners, in order for us to accurately report back to our retail partner. The role will be initially for 8 weeks, with the option to extend by another 4 weeks should this be required.
Main areas of responsibility

Using a pre-prepared list, contact charity partners and complete an over the phone survey with them, asking a series of scripted questions and recording the data
Clearly and accurately store the data collected from the survey in an appropriate format, in a designated database, ensuring data completeness
Work to a Prioritised list of calls, which may change as the task progresses
Ensure timely and efficient reporting to the line manager on any charities who are unable to be contacted
Provide a weekly report of metrics, including number of calls made, number of surveys completed and charities not able to be


Person Specification

Excellent customer service skills, with a good telephone manner and an understanding that the charities called may be under time limitations
Strong administrative skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs including MS Office and MS Excel
Attention to detail
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
